  • It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card  as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
  • Children must be included in the reservation because they will be denied the ticket to access the monument. Tickets for children under 10 years old do not include Audioguide.
  • IMPORTANT: Remember to bring your cell phone well charged and headphones. Follow the  instructions you will receive via email to use the Audioguide APP. 
  • Do not forget to bring your headphones.
  • On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. In a period of less than 72 hours you will receive an answer informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than 72 hours, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.
  • IMPORTANT: The time of ticket issuance may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected in the purchase process
  • You will receive all the final documentation for your visit via email about 24 hours prior to your visit.
  • Up to 48 hours before the visit: 15 euros per person cancellation or change fee.
  • Less than 48 hours before the start of the visit: no changes or cancellations are allowed.

The information and follow-up emails about the tour were helpful reminders. The Mezquita-Catedral de Cordoba tour is the best of all my tours this holiday! The fusion of the different cultures transcending its architecture and religious sites is majestic and enchanting. The downside is that I have to use my mobile phone as an audio guide, which eats up my battery.
