The MEETING POINT is at My Top Tour Tickets Office: Cuesta de Gomérez nº41. Do not follow the instructions on Google Maps if you are at the main entrance of the Alhambra. You have to go down the Cuesta de Gomérez. Th fastest way to the meeting point is NOT through the cuesta de los chinos as google maps indicates.

By car: Parking Alhambra (the only public parking in the area)
Urban buslines C30 and C32.
Walking by Cuesta Gomérez.

It is essential to bring a valid passport or ID card as it is required at all entrances to the monument.
Children must bring a ticket to access the monument so it is essential to include them in the reservation.
On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. In a period of less than 72 hours you will receive an answer informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than 72 hours, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.
The booked time does not correspond to the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces, the visit can start at the Alcazaba or Generalife.
Tickets for children under 5 years do not include audio guide.

From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or canceled, nor will you receive any refund.
